Primary Perspectives
In consultation with leaders in primary schools we have been able to build up a portrait of learning-centred leadership in practice through specific examples of how the three strategies – modelling, monitoring and dialogue - work.
These examples briefly outline either an issue, a situation or behaviour within a primary school and we then explore what the example illustrates in terms of the use of the three strategies.
