Learning-centred leadership
Learning-centred leadership is about how school leaders influence learning and teaching in classrooms and across the school. The National College for School Leadership (NCSL), has identified a set of strategies that school leaders can use to help improve learning and teaching.
We have done this by working closely with leaders at all levels
in schools.
To share this knowledge and to increase our understanding of
learning-centred leadership, we have created this website as part of
a suite of materials.
These are intended to encourage reflection and debate rather than to provide
answers; they mark the beginning of our work, not the end.
For details on how to order the full suite of materials go to the learning-centred leadership pack page.
