The NCSL-Esmee Fairbairn project:
a secondary perspective
This project, a study of leadership in 21 secondary
schools, sought to describe and develop learning-centred leadership in
both its instructional and interpersonal dimensions, with a specific
focus upon the practice of middle leaders.
