The online community is the place to meet and develop your understanding of distributed leadership with other school leaders who share similar challenges. It gives you the opportunity to discuss your ideas whenever you wish, over an extended period. You will come to know the leaders you ‘meet’ online and be able to raise issues relevant to your school context through your shared interest in distributed leadership.

The distributed leadership online community is located in talk2learn within the Research area of the NCSL in Dialogue community. NCSL’s talk2learn is simple, fun and rewarding to use, and will give you access to ideas, advice and support from colleagues across the country. The ability to discuss your experience of distributed leadership, the opportunity to share your concerns, and the potential for advice and support in a secure environment, make talk2learn unique.
